What is your returns procedure?
For digital orders, we have a sixty day money-back guarantee. For physical purchases, we accept returns up to sixty days of your purchase date. All returns need to be posted to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.
How long will it take for my purchase to get to me?
Digital orders are available immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your junk inbox to ensure your login information has not been emailed there.
Physical orders will be processed in three to five working days.
Your package will be sent with USPS and can take up to twenty one days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your package has been left the warehouse which will contain your tracking number.
What does it cost to ship my order?
For all USA purchases the shipping and handling prices are $8.25, for all Canadian order $14 and international orders $25.
